Return and Refund Policy

Because The Paper Calendar is produced in limited print runs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before the order enters production. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your calendar is damaged in transit, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepaperplanner.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Minor variations in color, ink coverage, paper texture, folds, alignment, and other characteristics associated with traditional newspaper printing are not considered defects.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
